Order Procedure

At Style Forge, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and enjoyable. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you with our order process.

Explore Our Collection: Browse through our wide range of fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and more. Use filters to narrow down your search by category, size, price, and more.
Add to Cart: Once you’ve found the product(s) you want, select the desired size, color, and quantity (if applicable), then click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping or view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

Check Your Order: Before proceeding to checkout, review the items in your cart. Verify the quantities, sizes, colors, and total cost. If you need to make any changes, you can remove or adjust the items in the cart.
Apply Discounts or Coupons: If you have any discount codes or coupons, enter them in the “Discount Code” field and click Apply to update your total order.

Checkout Process: When you're ready to complete your order, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You will be directed to the checkout page, where you’ll need to provide your shipping and billing information.
- Shipping Details: Enter your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. Make sure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- Billing Information: If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you can provide the billing details on the same page.

Select Payment Option: Choose from a variety of payment methods available on the checkout page. We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Mobile Payment (bKash, Rocket, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for specific locations.
Please note that all payment information is processed securely.
Enter Payment Information: If you're paying by card, enter your card details. If you're using mobile payment, follow the instructions provided on the checkout page.
Confirm Order: After filling in your payment information, review all the details one final time. If everything looks good, click Confirm Order to complete your purchase.

Confirmation Email/SMS: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with all the details of your purchase, including:
- Order number
- List of items purchased
- Shipping address
- Payment details (last four digits of the card, if applicable)
This confirmation serves as your receipt and an acknowledgment of the order.

Order Processing: Our team will immediately begin processing your order. This includes verifying your payment, checking stock, and preparing your items for shipment.
Packing Your Order: Once your items are confirmed, they will be carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care when packing fragile or delicate products to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Notification: After your order is packed and ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our trusted courier partner.
Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons or holidays.

Delivery: Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. You will receive a delivery notification from the courier service, and you can track your package until it arrives.
Verify Your Package: When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage before accepting it. If there are any issues, refer to our Delivery Rules or contact us immediately.
