2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.). Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

Send Back the Item: Send the returned item to the address provided in the Return Authorization email. Make sure to include your RA number and proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This can be done through the same return process outlined above.
